Keeping following the steps in the “ STEP ONE” section until your tree is entirely covered. Glue a single (or two if needed) pom pom on top of the flat tree to create a foundation to build off of. Since the top of the tree is flat, you’ll need to create the top using pom poms. STEP TWO: Repeat all of the above steps until you reach the top of your tree. In other words, don’t glue pom poms right above each other unless you’re going for a linear look with straight vertical lines.
